Cost of surgery

We understand that everyone is different so we offer a tailor made package to suit your requirements.

The quote that SurgeryOne will put together for you, will comprise of:

  • Routine pre-operative blood, urine & ECG tests (if required)
  • The routine hospital stay in a private room
  • The anaesthetic fee
  • The surgical fee
  • Three routine post-operative appointments
  • Standard dressings & surgical wear

It is also possible that you settle the bills seperately with the hospital and wth the anaesthetist and with your surgeon.

At SurgeryOne, initial appointments with Mr Gonschior usually require a minimum of 30 minutes. This gives us time to take your medical history, listen to your concerns, perform an examination and give you advice. If you have a more complex problem, or a number of procedures that you would like to discuss, then we would probably recommend a longer appointment. That way, you can be sure that you will get the time your concerns deserve. After a reflection period many of our patient book a second consultation before their decision to go ahead or to say it is not for me.

Mr Stefan Gonschior consults by appointment at Harley street, W1.

Your Consultation – Your Time – Your Choice.

  • 30 minutes £90
  • 45 minutes £135
  • 90 minutes £180
  • Harley Street from £150

The consultation fee must be paid prior to the appointment in full in order to secure the time at the clinic. If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, a 7-day notice is required for full refund. In case of no show or late cancellation, the fee is non-refundable.

The fees below are meant to give you an overview and are guide prices only. We found it reasonable to give you a range showing what most people are quoted for their surgery. The exact amount for the surgery/treatment asked for will be established after the consultation with the surgeon. Some patients have very straight forward wishes and are lucky to have a favourable anatomy which makes it easier to work with whereas other patients require more complex evaluation and treatment. In order to be fair, we aim to take this into account when we give you our quote. We believe that choosing the cheapest deal you can get is not healthy, because it should be quality which matters when it comes to surgery.

Notes

Seldom patients need extra examinations/treatments for medical/surgical reason; this can be unforeseeable and involves further cost. Also, further surgery and potential problems will incur further cost. There are neither free touch-ups nor a refund for any reason.

Since cosmetic surgery is not necessary in most cases, and is mainly done because patients want it rather than needing it, SurgeryOne aims to limit surgical treatments to ASA1 patients thus increasing patient's safety.

SurgeryOne will make any reasonable effort to provide the best of care, but can not guarantee happiness or a fantastic result. Important is getting your mind set realistic regarding your expectations. Our surgeons try to make sure that this is the case during their very comprehensive consultations. The likelihood of real surgical or medical problems in the normal healthy patient is statistically not high in cosmetic surgery (i.e. infections, bleeding or bad scarring) however it does happen and is to be considered and not taken lightly before deciding in favour or against treatment.
